after experiencing sudden and unexplained abdominal pain exactly a year ago, i was told to get a colonoscopy which i did not do thanks to no insurance. for the last few months now, i've had some constipation, lots of gas, and pebble shaped stools with occasional larger misshaped stools with small black spots. i also have mucus quite often and once or twice i've had diarrhea about the shape of a pencil. i have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week but am nervous and would like to know if there could be possibilities besides cancer!!
