What Can Cause Fat Globules In Stool Test?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? hi my baby just turned 9 this past 3 days she was experiencing slight diarrhea. is it because shes teething? i just go to a clinic then have tested the stool as the result some fat globules appeared on the examination? what does it means?
