What Can Be The Reason For Joints Pain During Pregnancy?
im 18 weeks pregnant. i am having now iron tablet once a day since 2 days and i am having joints pain in hand and foot and knee joint and muscle ache with fever of 37.5 since one day? how to manage this fever? is it viral or bacterial cause? which drug is safe during this time.

Good evening.the symptoms are suggesting towards a viral etiology. If u dont have any other localising symptoms like cold, cough, burning during passing urine-dont worry.
can take calpol /1gm/thrice daily. Tepid sponging can be done. calpol which is paracetamol is quite safe during pregnancy.
consult a nearby OBGYN if fever does not subside in 2 days or temp.raises beyond 102 F.
