Leg Pain, Morning Vomiting, Lower Abdominal Pain, Lower Back Pain, Headache. Pregnant?

I have missed period (6 DAYS OVER) and am experiencing many pregnancy symptoms such as leg pain, morning vomiting , lower abdomen pain, lower back pain and headaches. However, I took a pregnancy test last yesterday , which came back negative. Is it possible I could still be pregnant? If so, why are the pregnancy tests coming back negative? Also, I have never had irregular periods

delayed ovulation can cause delay in test to become positive, have patience n repeat in after a week, or if u want u can go for s. B hcg test more specific
