What Can Be Done For Chest Pain When Diagnosed With TB?
I am 21 years and was diagnosed with tb in the lung I started taking rifafour for the past 5 weeks, on the 4th week I was doing fine with no side effects but 2 days ago I am suffering from severe chest pain and coughing excessively please advise what I can do about the chest pains

What you are having is not yhe side effect of drug. recomanded reveiew test is to be done. Pain may be due to fibrosis of lung tissue. is it dry cough or with sputum. if with sputum then it is to be tested for AFB.For pain any anal gesic like hifenac p can ge taken after food. For dry cough you can take grilinctus 3times daily. If there is relief then itis ok or else goto nearest tb center for complete reveiw.
