What Are These Symptoms Of Sore Throat, Headache, And Fatigue ?
I am a 14 year old girl. I am not sure what I am sick with. I have symptoms including sore throat , headache , fatigue, and sore muscles. A temp of 98.8

All this symptoms is suggestive of viral infection with focus in the upper respiratory track. you have to consult your physician for better diagnosis and medical management

You probably have an upper respiratory infection. You can do warm salt water gargles to relieve your sore throat. Take plenty of fruit juice to help tide over the other symptoms. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water. If the symptoms don't get relieved you can consult a Doctor.
You symptoms of sorethroat, headache, fatigue and sore muscles (Myalgias) is suggestive of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
Its likely to be viral. However, you can have bacterial superinfection also.
Yo should do the following
1. Warm Saline Gargle thrice a day
2. Betadine Gargle Thrice a day
3. Paracetamol thrice a day
4. Antibiotics: Consider Azithromycin . Usually taken once a day for 3 days
You should be fine in 2 - 3 days.
