What Are The Tiny Bumps On My 2 Years Old Son S Body?

My two year old is covered from head to toe with little tiny bumps. There are a little red and don t seem to bother him. I think they they are heat bumps but he has them everywhere. HJe is a heavy sweater for a two year old so I think its a heat rash. Could he have it all over his body like that?

Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It could be any viral exanthematous illness. But as you quote them as tiny red bumps - the possibilities are Hand Foot Mouth disease/ Chicken pox/ any other trivial viral exanthem. I suggest you use calamine lotion as its giving results along with oral antiallergic like Hydroxyziine or Cetrizine. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
