hi, i would like to ask re my husband who's diagnosed by emphysema in december 2009, he never sees his doctor again for check up and always refuses to see them. He is 1,8 m & 61 kg now. Most of every am he coughs hard, blows his nose so much to get the fluid out of his lungs. He has chest pain, hoarseness, shoulder pain which becomes more intense lately, itchy skin, on and off constipation &diarrhea, he has blood in stool sometimes, there are red dark spots in his arm which bleed, they look like a snake bite then disappeared in a few days but back again sometimes. April this year he had a very severe left lower back pain which caused numbness in his left leg but the pain's gone in 2 days. Three weeks ago he had a very severe lower right ab, like a stabbing pain for 2 days, sometimes he still has lower ab pain and the pain could be in his upper right side ab. Doctor could you please tell me what has happened to my husband? Does he have lung cancer? thank you.
