What Are The Symptoms Of Testicular Cancer?

hello,about a year ago I discovered a pea size lump on the upper section of my testicle,my uncle,a doctor checked my testicles and said he didnt feel anything out of the ordinary,but recently the left side of my pelvis has been hurting,around where the sperm vesicles are,is this a symptom of testicular cancer?

The symptoms of Testicular cancer are:
Painless swelling in the scrotum over a few months.
Loss of testicular sensation
Ultrasonography and color doppler showing the growth and secondary lymph nodes if present.

Get all these things done to decide whether you are suffering from a testicular cancer or just some benign disease.
