Hi
Pregnancy after total hysterectomy is not possible. What is possible is an intra-abdominal pregnancy.Removing the fetus was the correct taretment.Ideally after 6 weeks of surgery there should be no pain/swelling.But the possibility of adhesions/hernia need to be ruled out.So please see a doctor and get examined. You might need another CT
