i am 45years old. For post 4months i am not getting my periods.i am having following problems. 1).Frequently i am feeling cold and sweat.(minimum 3to 4 times in the night). During excess sweat i feel the giddiness. I feel this very frequent in day time also.I am also having cervical spondylosis.Now i am having hands pain but not neck pain. My wt. is 51kg. This frequent cold, sweat, giddiness problem is due to menopause or spondylosis?.What"s the solution for this problem?
