Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Anorexia, nausea, vomiting, frequeent infection, weight loss all are the symptoms of leukemia. But these symptoms may be seen is many other disease. Hepatomegaly, spleenomegaly, lymphadenopathy are common in leukemia. Definitive diagnosis can be made by simple blood test. You should go for Complete blood count and peripheral smear examination. Mostly it wil give idea regarding cause. If needed go for bone marrow examination. But from symptoms it can not be said whether it is leukemia or not.
