My 5 year old daughter has had a raised temperature this morning and again this evening (around 38c), has been lethargic and complaining of feeling unwell with aching in her legs and head/neck. I treated this with paracetamol, which managed the fever. She has no rash or cough. When she went to bed she was hot again (while the paracetamol took effect) but said she felt cold. She has eaten and drunk today, with only a slight loss of appetite. She has also passed water and stools, although is a little constipated. I am concerned that this could be flu or swine flu.
