I would like to know if a person should have all the symptoms indicated for swine flu to be positive or even one or two symptoms may be enough for positive swine flu?

The only sure shot way to diagnose swine flue is to get your nasopharyngeal swab tested for H1N1 virus.Symptoms only help and aid in our diagnosis.
