What Are The Small Red Bumps On The Soft Palate Of My Mouth?

I have small red bumps on the soft palate of my mouth, which I believe are the cause of the pain I am currently experiencing when swallowing. It feels like the back of my mouth is swollen dont know how else to describe it, what do you recommend I do and do you have any idea what it might be?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the bumps on the soft palate could be because of the abscess like periapical abscess or periodontal abscess or it can be because of minor salivary gland tumor..consult a oral physician and take radiographs liken IOPAR AND Occlusal radiograph to rule out these things...i hope my answer will help you, take care..
