hello i am 38 weeks pregnat an having pains when im passin a stool at the moment there very soft and when i wipe its like a brown mucuz thats on the tissue its horrible! also i am goin to the toilet allot an am havin allot of nausea and backache is constatnt and my stomach keeps tightening every so often could this be a sign of labour?
