Based on the history given your sister seems to be suffering from the side effects of Rexipra.
Rexipra (escitalopram) is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) commonly prescribed to treat depression and anxiety disorders such as anxiety, panic attacks, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Its common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness (sleepiness), and vomiting. I advise you to take her to an emergency room for further evaluation and treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
