What Are The Side Effects Of Methylpred Pak?

I m have been taking a 6 day methylpred PAC for a severs case of poison Ivey and on the fourth day my breast chest and stomach become really read, hot, I got a low fever and sever headache.. I ve been in bed for about 24 hours .. Got up and am feeling much better but too dizzy to walk or drive. Is this normal? It s the weekend..

Hello,
The steroid in the methylpred pack can cause dizziness, abdominal pain and headache but it should not cause a fever. You may need to stop the steroid so that it can clear out of your body. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and be careful not to fall while you are feeling so dizzy. If this does not resolve in a few days off the steroid see your doctor again.
