What Are The Side Effects Of Insulin?

my mother is diabetic and is on insulin and for a couples a months now shes been getting this rashes like in her inner thighs and they hurt really bad and she can walk and when the blister pops the smell of the pus is really strong what can those be and why does she get them thi is the third time she gets them

The most common side effects of insulin include: Hypoglycemia (fall in blood glucose level), weight gain, allergic reaction, lipodystrophy, etc.

She seems to have developed fungal infection of the skin in her inner thighs. Clotrimazole or Terbinafine containing antifungal creams can be applied over the affected parts. Also kindly check her fasting blood glucose levels, as uncontrolled diabetes can be associated with such type of infections.
