What Are The Side Effects Of Duromine?

Hi there I am 21 years of age and this is my 3rd day of using Duromine 15mg, I am not specifically over weight I am simply using it just to shed a few kgs, I am on the contraceptive pill ( I am not sure what the name is but it s some really cheap brand) the last 3 days I have had increased breast tenderness and I am only half way through my cycle, I have also a painful vagina especially during intercourse and very frequent urination that has a bit of pain just as I let the urine out, could this possibly be from the duromine side effects I have had no other side effects except for insomnia which I believe is normal? Thank you for your help!

I do understand your solicitousness

As per your clinical history is concerned please follow my opinion in detail-:

1)The most prevalent side effects which we encounter in our day to day life is Urticaria, palpitation, tachycardia, elevation of BP, ischemic events, over stimulation, restlessness, dizziness, insomnia, euphoria, tremor, headache, dry mouth, unpleasant taste, diarrhea, regurgitating, constipation, transmutation in libido etc
2)breast tenderness is normal at this stage you can take vitamin B-6 for it.
3)pain during sex is due to Vaginitis so you can take [cefixime+metronidazole+clotrimazole] a full course of one week only
4)For urin quandary you can check it for PUS cells present or not.If infection found medications will be integrated.
