What Are The Side Effects Of Conservative Pills?

Is it common for women to have a delay I period after stopping the mini pill? I have never been late unless I was pregnant and now after stopping the mini pill on feb. 9th...no period...which is odd since I usually bled immediately after missing a pill.

Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If you have a delayed period, you may have what's known as post-pill amenorrhea.
When you stop taking the pill, it can take some time for your body to return to normal production of these hormones.
Your period typically resumes within three months after you stop taking the pill.
You should not be worried.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
