Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and my diagnosis is cervical spondylytis. I would advice you to avoid sitting in same position for long hours, and also you should not use very big pillow. My advice to you is to start pregabalin and methylcobalamine. These drugs will help in nerve related pain. Also you should wear soft cervical collar. If pain is not relieved , steroids are option.
