What Are The Findings From The Ultrasound Report During Pregnancy?
I am 6 1/2 weeks pregnant. I had an ultrasound on Wednesday. We heard a heartbeat of 117 and everything measured perfect. Sac was wonderful and everything looked good. I started bleeding the next day and went to doctors today. Today the sac is flattened but there is still a heartbeat of 120. Will I have a miscarriage? I miscarried once in October (no heartbeat ever seen)- 5 weeks along.

Hello, Welcome to HCM As per your history,at 61/2 weeks, everything was perfect .After bleeding sac looks flattened but heart beat is still present. As the heart beat is still present, don't worry much about flattened sac. I would suggest you to undergo one Trans Vaginal Sonography (TVS scan) after 1 week to get details on fetal pole, yolk sac and cardiac activity. If these parameters are normal ,you will have a safe confinement. Further, you can consult with your sonologist/ gynecologist regarding this and take an appointment for next follow up scan. Thank you.
