Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is mild prominence of pelvicalyceal system in right kidney. It may be due to ureteric obstruction.Report doesn't mention cause of obstruction,it may be due to calculus, stricture etc.
Non contrast CT Scan and Intravenous pyelography can be done for further information.
Your doctor has prescribed right medicines.
Proper treatment should be based upon underlying cause.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
