What Are The Findings From Pelvic Ultrasound And Endometrium Test? Do I Need To Worry?
I just had a pelvic ultrasound. And It shows.
Urinary bladder is well distended with clear luminal content and shows wall thickness
Endometrium shows. Normal exhotexture with a thickness of 4.7mm
Both ovaries: - multiple follides are noted in both ovaries with increase stand echigeniaties.right ovarian volume: -23mls, left:-13mls.
Please explain, do I need to worry

According to reports,there is wall thickening of urinary bladder which may be due to previous infection.
Right ovary size is increased with increased echogenesity,it may be due to infection.
Left ovary size is normal.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
You should consult your doctor for your problem.You need clinical examination also.
