What Are The Effects Of Thickened Endometrial Stripe, Multiple Follicles With Dense Stroma In Ovaries?
Iam 29 years of age and I got my TVS and the findings are: endometrial stripe is thickened and hyperechoic measuring 10.3 mm. both ovaries contain multiple small subcapsular follicles with dense stroma. I had my periods for 15 days. Can you tell me the consequences of it??

The increased duration of the bleeding during the periods is likely to be due to the endometrial hyperplasia. The multiple follicles in the ovaries is a normal finding.
