What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy If My Periods Are Irregular And I Have Unprotected Sex ?

Hi im 21yrs old I have irregular periods, & I havr unprotected sex. I recently had my period june 8th ,2011 it is july,20th 2011, and im experiencing discomfort, flutters & ocassional spotting & clotting, could I be pregnant?

Thanks for the query. In the first 4 weeks of pregnancy there are no definitive sign to indicate pregnancy apart from the obvious missing of period. I suggest u go for a urine pregnancy test and and ultra sound abdomen.
