Hi, I am sorry for the GI problems you are facing, Constant diarrhea, gurgling, stomach ache, throwing up are signs of gastroenteritis (infection of your gut). The bad new is that you are having dark vomit and horrible smell. This is suggesting any source of bleeding in your GI tract. I highly recommend to go to ER as you need immediate medical evaluation, tests (like upper endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, stool examination and culture) to determine proper diagnosis. As you continue to vomit, you should start iv fluid replacement therapy in ER immediately. Wish fast recovery.
