Hi there ~

There could be many causes for the pelvic pain and I would advise you to consult a gynecologist for a complete pelvic examination as well as any imaging studies that may be needed to overcome the pain after diagnosis and treatment. The weight loss may be related to the inability to exercise your muscles. I hope the doctors consultation helps provide the answers for you.

Take care and have a lovely day!
