Warm Sensation In Legs, Skin Not Hot To Touch, No Pain, No Rash. Reason?
I have a warm sensation in my legs. It comes and goes a d is normally in a small area around the size of a fist in different parts of my legs. The skin isn't hot to touch and it doesn't hurt. I'm 28 and fairly fit and healthy. It feels like warm water under the skin or as though I've had a hot water bottle on it. No rash
You are probably having low grade infection, which leads to warm feeling in particular part of leg .Another possibility of low vit B12 levels which causes diffuse leg pain .
Check your vit B12 level and vit D3 level through blood test. And routine complete blood count. you need to investigate in the form of - X raytibia if needed, and management accordingly Most of our patient get relief with Physiotherapy
