Liver is the main site for bile and this in ayurveda has a major role as jathar agni , Pit is not balanced rather is in excess with you due to hep. B.This being agni has a tedency to create such symptoms as you mentioned. In ayurveda Bhuiamla is giving very good curative results for hep. B cases and it is available in trade name of nirocil tab. You should have sy. livomyn, arogya vardhini vati and nirocil. this will offer you total cure. Amla can be added to improve immunity.

Homeopath Dr. Swati Ramkumar's  Response
Carrier of Hepatitis B suggests that they have been infected and the immune system has not been able to clear the virus. Generally they are symptom free and are discovered by blood work done for some other problem.
The symptoms of hot air coming from mouth and burning of palms and soles could be a characteristic symptom in your case or could be associated with the liver involvement. You need to mention this to your treating homeopath, who would then prescribe medicine accordingly.
Since you are aware of your carrier state of Hepatitis B
1) Get regular blood tests to check out your liver
2) Avoid donating blood, semen etc.,
3) Mention to the doctors about your health status
4) Do not consume alcohol as it further damages the liver.
5)Use proper protection during intercourse.

Keep your treating homeopath informed about the symptoms.
