Wants To Pre-pone Periods. Will Any Medications Or Injections Help To Pre-pone Menstrual Cycles?
hello Dr. I was wondering on whether if there was any medications that I can take to have early periods? I have heard that if medications don t work, there are injections available that help have early periods? Could you tell me more about the medications or injections if they exist? What are the benefits/risks of these treatments?

Hi, I have gone through your query. Yes there are medications to pre-pone periods. The risk in such cases might be increase in flow and irregularity in next timings. You can do "Paschimottanasan" 4-5 repetitions thrice a day. IT IS COMPLETELY OUT of risk.
