Dear sir

I undeRstood your Queries narrowing of aorta is very serious condition which cause decreased blood flow to the distal region like limbs.

It is uSually accompanied by atherosclerosis which might cause aneurysm. The causes for lot blood flow might be due to decreased perfusion to the limbs which cause low body temperature.

It is good for you to conSult your doctor to ask for treatment options

Thanks
