Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of a large amount of vaginal discharge with bad odour suggests infection of the reproductive tract.
The vaginal discharge needs to be examined.
The microscopic examination, a culture sensitivity and culture of the vaginal discharge needs to be done.
These investigations will isolate the micro-organism causing the infection.
The drug most appropriate for the infection will be determined by culture sensitivity.
Avoid sexual contact till the infection is treated.
Your partner may also infected.
Your partner also needs to be counselled and treated.
You have mentioned that you are not experiencing burning urination.
However, urine examination also needs to be done to rule out urinary tract infection. Presence of infection will have to be treated with appropriate antibiotics.

Thanks and take care.

OBGYN Dr. Kulsoom Qureshi's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
This sounds like a pathological vaginal discharge.
Just visit a Gynecologist to get a diagnosis of this discharge. The doctor may take a swab for this purpose. A simple course of antibiotics or vaginal passary may help resolve this issue. Avoid sex till this gets treated. Your partner may also need treatment. Discuss this with your doctor.
Take care.
