Fibriods are a common non dangerous and non cancerous tumors of uterus. They are ususlly treated by surgery by a gyne after examination, some times no surgery is needed if they are not troubling. your symptoms seems to be due to these fibroids which are pushing the bladder thereby causing frequent urination.
Pain may be due to the inflamation in the fibroids.
