Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM

Your urine report suggests that the urine is turbid, it is nitrite positive, few leucocytes, presence of few bacteria and positivity for urobilinogen.

This report suggests urinary tract infection suggetsd by positive nitrite test, leucocytes and few bacteria.

You need to get senstivity of the urine to know the bacteria causing the infection and the antibiotic with maximum senstivity.

Urobilinogen is not normally present in urine.
Its positivity suggests some pathology of the liver.

Get liver function tests which includes bilirubin- total & conjugated, proteins, SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase. These tests will assess the functioning of the liver and hence help in further management.

Thanks and take care

General & Family Physician Dr. Das Arindam's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das,

Look, these findings are nonspecific.

They do not indicate towards a specific disease condition.

You should repeat the test from another laboratory.

Regards.
