Upper Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Tender Breasts, Purple Nipples. Tests Negative. What To Do?

I have a painful burning sensation through my upper back, upper and lower abdomen and sometimes down into where my ovaries are, the pain worsens at night and after I eat... My breasts are always tender and my nipples are always purple, I'm over 50 and not pregnant.... I feel a sharp sensation in my middle back, right side everyday.... Blood tests, urine and stool samples have all been negative.... I don't know what to do I've been like this for over a year... All tests keep coming back as ok.... I'm very anxious because I know there is something wrong....!

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you are 50 years old , so at this there develops certain hormonal changes.
Ovaries starts loosing their mass hence patient feels pain in that area.
This is not a menopausal syndrome but it is PERI MENOPAUSAL SYNDROME.
Since , you haven't mentioned the menstruation history so very difficult to say some thing , but age factor is important.
In this condition level of F S H elevates , hence get in blood for this test.
2nd reason may be tension ( stress ) , however main reason is Perimenopause.
Consult a Gynaecologist and his opinion.
Good luck.
