Hi i was having sex and partner cam in me and I really dont want another child yet so I toke morning after pill about 2 weeks ago now I got spotting few days after the urine pains and the pain got worse and worse and it really really hurts when I pee and after I pee it still feels full .. And I pains .. Every time I drink I feel as if I need too pee

You seem to be having a urinary tract infection.
Please do the following-
1] Give the urine for routine & culture tests & treat the infection as per the report.
2] keep drinking plenty of liquids like water, fruit juices, tender coconut water, barley water etc.
3] Sit in a tub of luke warm water for 5 min twice a day.
4] Get expert help if you have white discharge.
