Unprotected Sex, Dry Patch Of Skin On Penis, Red Spots On Masturbating. Yeast Infection?

Hi I recently had unprotected sex with a girl. I noticed a dry patch of skin on my penis right after. Then when I masterbated I ve noticed red spots on my penis. It seems really irratited. I left it alone for a few days and when I just barely masterbated with lotion last night the whole underside of my penis looks raw with like wounds on it and it burns. Could I have a yeast infection . If so how can I treat it? Thanks you

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
There is a possibility of you having a sexually transmitted disease. The same might have contracted during your unprotected sex that you had or might be having regularly.
Another possibility is an allergic reaction to any oil used while having sex.
A yeast infection is not likely.
In either case, you should visit a dermatologist. The diagnosis can be made only after having a look at the lesions. Or else you can upload a picture on health care magic.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Hello,
yeast infection is unlikely in a healthy adult, and is seen in persons with poor immunity.
It could be a bacterial or viral infection, which needs to be evaluated by clinical and laboratory tests.
And should be treated promptly.consult a dermatologist.
Take care
