Unprotected Oral Sex, Gay, Milky Discharge From Penis, Gonorrhoea Infection, Recurring Symptoms. Relapse?

Hello. One month ago I had unprotected oral sexy with a guy (I m gay). A few days later I had a milty discharge coming form my penis and went to the doctor to get treated for gonorrhea . I was only given pills, no shot. Just today - two weeks later, I have the discharge again but have not had sex since the previous time. Did I just relapse?
