Uneven Circular Rash On Left Scrotum, Dry Skin, Sweating A Lot. What Could Be This?

hi, i am john. My issue is with my testicles' outer skin. I have noticed a small uneven circular rash type area on my left scrotum. It doesn't itch but i found that area of the skin to be a bit dry and coming out just like dandruff. Its really hot and humid in here and i sweat a lot and this even wets my underwear. I want to get rid of this rashes or whatever it might be called as. Any suggestions?

You may be suffering from superficial fungal infection by Tinea known as Ringworm .This usually comes in humid environment, poor personal hygiene, from infected cats and dogs, public toilet seats, infected clothing etc.Frequent washes with soap and application of Miconazole or Clotrimazole anti fungal skin creams(without steroids) would help.
