Uneasiness in lower abdomen,gastric,semi liquid stool

i am having uneasiness in lower abdomen with feelings of not able to clear my bowels in the morning and as a result have to do this exercise at least 3 times in the morning. After lunch and dinner i fart a lot with feelings of heaviness in lower intestines and urge to go to toilet. Sometimes i have to run to toilet within 15- 30 minutesafter dinner and pass semi liquid stool . I dont eat spicy food.My routine activities are getting hampered as every time i live under constant fear of getting into a embarrassing situation. Tried IBS related medicines as well but didnt help

hello hjoshi,as per your symptoms you are having increased gastro colic reflex,most of the times it is seen in IBS individuals,but it may be normal occurence also,an upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy would reveal any pathology if present ,but 'would suggest you to try life style modification and psychiatric evaluation before thinking of any organic disturbance.
