Unable to sleep. Have joint pain, fever and rash around groin. Cause?

The last 2-3 nights I've not been able to get to sleep; taking me hours to final drop off. Then yesterday my joints started aching in a flu-like manner and I had a high temperature. Today, After waking, I noticed that I have a rash around my groin and on my chest. The rash is flat, non-itchy and red blotches. My temperature is now lower.
I'm female and 32 years old.
Thank you

You could be suffering from viral infection.Feeling lethargic for few days along with high temperature and now c/o rash on the body can all point towards viral pathology.
I will advise you to keep the fluids up, taken paracetamol for fever, and consult your doctor as soon as possible to rule out any serious pathology.
