Unable To Ejaculated, Testicle Pain, Unable To Have BM. Taking Flomaxtra. Help

My partner is on Flomaxtra, Lipitor , Alprim and Cymbalta. He is 59 years old. He is unable to reach ejaculation , though fully erect when we start. This morning he told me his left testical is painfull, and he hasn t been able to open his bowels for 3 days now. This is very unusual as he sits on the toilet for half an hour each mornn g.

Dear since when he is suffering from??

possible causes are anxiety or lumbar spondylosis with compression or peripheral neuropthy or infection or electrolyte imbalance etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

it may be a side effect of the tablets like flomaxtra or cymbatla.

Get it done MRI spine, blood sugar, hemoglobin status and b12 level.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
