General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Lymphedema is a chronic, debilitating condition in which excess fluid called lymph collects in tissues and causes swelling.
In addition to the swelling, other symptoms can include warmth, redness, or itching.
So,the symptom of itching is related to lymphedema.
I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine daily to relieve the itching.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
