Urologist 's  Response
you have 2 problems. I think the operative wound of lt hydrocele has got infected and hence its oozing and there is a gaping in wound. Consult your surgeon to make sure that if infection is limited to the wound or is there any infection inside the scrotum.
Secondly your enlarged prostate is the cause for frequent urination. Enlarged prostate can cause difficulty in passing urine, poor stream or intermittency or it may present with complaints of frequency(both day and night time) and urgency. Visit a urologist for complete evaluation.
