Examination ( OBSTETRICAL ULTRASOUND, BIO PHYSICAL PROFILE & Doppler FOR FETAL WELL Being)
Single alive intrauterine pregnancy with cephalic presentation and longitudinal lie. Foetal cardiac activity and body movements are present. Placenta is anterior and left lateral. not encroaching the lower segment. Amniotic fluid is adequate, AFI is 12.0 cm. No Gross fetal anomaly see.
BPD: 8.9 cm HC : 32.4CM FL: 7.0 cm FAC: 34.8 CM
FEBW 3.313KG (+ 10%) ( it is more than 90th percentile for this gestational age)
Gestational age based on measurements is 36 + weeks
Placental Maturity Grade 1
FHR:152bpm
Bio Physical Profile :
FM:= FT = FBM = LIQUOR VOL = P. Grading = ALL IS 2 ( TOTAL IS 10/10)
Conclusion : SINGLE ALIVE INTRAUTERINE PREGENCEY OF 36 + WEEKS WITH FETAL WEIGHT MORE THAN 90TH PERCENTILE FOR THIS GESTATIONAL AGE WHICH IS LIKELY DUE TO MATERNAL DIABETES.
MY WIFE HAVE ALSO DIABETES ALSO SOME TIME HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE BUT IT IS NORMAL SOME TIME BUT DIABETES I THINK NOT CONTROL ( ANY AWAY I NEED SHE HAVE TO OPERATION NOW OR WAIT 40 WEEKS ) OR LESS

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. After analysis of scan report, She needs early delivery. I would have waited till 38weeks plus with close monitoring of blood sugar and strict blood sugar control, may be giving titrated dose of Insulin.
