Dear friend, welcome to Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

Your USG shows numerous fibroid tumours in the uterine wall in various locations.
These are muscular overgrowths (tumours) which are non-cancerous and are located in the wall , some being just below the lining (sub-serosal). The uterus is bulky due to these.

You must be having heavy, painful cyclical or irregular bleeds.

I any case, I would advise you to get an opinion of your gynaecologist and get evaluated clinically as well as to blood labs.
You will be put on some medicines and some cases may need surgery on evaluation.
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck!
