Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have not stated your age, gender, personal habits, family history or co-morbidities
5 - 7 pus cells may be normal or infection depending on the gender...
Acidic may be from food or concentration or occasionally disease too!
Specific gravity of 1010 needs repeat sample to make sure it is not fixed...

See your doctor / one does not treat lab results - they must be correlated with the clinical picture...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck

Welcome to HCM,
Your urine report indicates that you have got urinary tract infection.
You have got bacterial infection.
If other symptoms like fever, body ache are there then you may go for antibiotic medicine after consulting your doctor.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and bye.
