5 - 7 pus cells may be normal or infection depending on the gender...
Acidic may be from food or concentration or occasionally disease too!
Specific gravity of 1010 needs repeat sample to make sure it is not fixed...
See your doctor / one does not treat lab results - they must be correlated with the clinical picture...
