Tremor In Shoulder Blades, Shaking Hands, Have Bulging Discs In Neck And Back, Bad Headache With Sore, Cracking Joints, Blind Spots. Help

I am 38 year female for the last few years I've had 2 bulging discs in neck and one in lower back but i feel like my problems are coming from between my shoulder blades i always seem to have a tremor there my hands are shaking but MRI only done on neck and lower back i was told muscle spasms is side effect but I've just had a great year and now I'm shaking again i have really bad headache for a few weeks and now joints are sore and cracking I'm really tired my vision is out of focus i only got new glasses a few months ago and they were fine until last few weeks i have alot of blind spots .

you did not mention BP .also do sr.ca.&RA. ANA. ESR .BL.SUGER and report with result.what is yr occupation?
